Ada County commissioners approved two final plats on July 22 after development services staff reported both applicants met conditions of approval and the plats comply with county code and state law.
The first plat, Nordic Valley Subdivision, would split an existing residential lot in southwest Boise to create a second buildable lot. The second, a five-lot final plat for Calla Lily Creek (Morgan Creek Homes), lies southwest of Meridian near the county boundary. Development services staff recommended the chair sign and stamp the final plats, and the board approved both motions by unanimous voice votes.
Staff said the applicants satisfied conditions of approval and the plats meet county and state requirements. The chair was authorized to sign the final plats on behalf of the board.
