On July 14, the Sacramento County Planning Commission approved a development plan review and design review for a project located on Diego Woods Drive in the Vineyard community.
Principal Planner Kim Brigatierrez of Sacramento County Planning and Environmental Review told commissioners the item had been added as contested but was in fact noncontested; staff remained available for questions but none were requested. The project is located approximately 374 feet west of Valley Wood Drive; staff said the environmental determination for this item is exempt.
There were no public comments. A commissioner moved to adopt staff's recommendation and another commissioner seconded; the clerk announced the motion passed with the members present. Commissioners did not request a presentation or further discussion during the hearing.
The planning director's office listed the next commission meeting for July 28; staff noted three items are tentatively scheduled for that meeting and that the commission will again have a reduced number of members available.
