The applicant estimated a buildout of roughly 60–65 homes on the developable portion. Commissioners paused the proposal and unanimously agreed to continue the item so the applicant can evaluate whether SF-5 (a mid-range lot size) would meet project goals and provide clearer slope mapping that delineates areas of 30% or greater slope and potential open-space dedication.
