White Acres tells El Paso veterans committee it offers VA‑contracted skilled nursing and aid & attendance assistance

On aid and attendance, presenters said their staff will assist families with documentation and navigation. Slides cited sample 2025 pension figures presented during the briefing (the presenters listed a surviving‑spouse figure shown as $1,515 and an upper figure cited as $3,740 in certain cases) and said the community offers no‑cost consultations to veterans for benefits navigation. White Acres representatives emphasized that independent and assisted living can coordinate with aid‑and‑attendance qualification (for example, assisted‑living requires assistance with two activities of daily living, which corresponds with some aid & attendance eligibility rules).
The facility’s contact information was provided to the committee for referrals and tours; staff said they accept VA referrals and several common insurer types including TRICARE For Life, Medicare and managed plans.
