Winona schools accept more than $84,000 in grants and numerous donations

Other donations included $2,000 from Winona Oaks Lodge for a turkey dinner, $1,482 from WAVS division for track, and numerous smaller donations and in-kind gifts to schools and programs.
The board moved and seconded acceptance of the donations; the motion carried on a voice vote. A full list of donors and amounts was read into the public record during the meeting.
