Planning commission renews annual conditional-use permit for Summit Creek sales office

Commissioners debated whether annual renewals were necessary but agreed the yearly check enables city oversight and a public comment opportunity.
No public commenters attended the hearing; city staff noted the application will proceed to any administrative steps required for finalization under current procedures.
