Abatement Appeals Board records withdrawal of Teddy Avenue appeal; approves May minutes and adjourns

SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco Abatement Appeals Board on July 16, 2025, approved minutes from its May 21 meeting and recorded that appellant Connie Wong withdrew her appeal in case no. 6950338 concerning a property on Teddy Avenue. The board received no public comment and adjourned at 9:45 a.m.; it planned to resume as the Building Inspection Commission at 10:30 a.m.

The board voted to adopt the minutes from the regular meeting held May 21, 2025. Commissioner Kalamucci moved to approve the minutes; Vice President Newman seconded. For the record the board noted President Chavez as present, and commissioners present also included Vice President Newman, Commissioner Kalamucci, Commissioner Ming and Commissioner Williams. The board recorded the motion as approved with no opposition.

Under agenda item C, staff reported that the owner of record and appellant, Connie Wong, confirmed that she was withdrawing her appeal in case number 6950338 (Complaint no. 202179766). Staff said the withdrawal was confirmed that morning and that the withdrawal notice and related information would be published on the board’s website. There was no public comment in person or remotely on the item.

A motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the commissioners present voted "Aye" and the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m. The board announced it would reconvene as the Building Inspection Commission at 10:30 a.m.
