- Federal aid sidewalk agreement (Resolution No. 1210-25): The council approved Resolution 1210-25 and authorized the mayor to execute the state and local agreement for a Federal Aid Project (key number 24702) to construct a pathway on the west side of Glenwood Street from the bridge north to Riverside Drive. Public works staff said the city's match was anticipated at $89,694; staff noted the project's total cost had increased by about $11,000 but the city's match as presented had not changed. The motion passed on unanimous roll call.
Other formal actions included approval of adjournment. Where roll call occurred the clerk's record shows all members present voted in the affirmative on these items.
