Trustees asked whether a final design had been chosen; the presenter confirmed the trustees had seen the design and agreed to circulate it to the new trustee who had not yet seen it. A trustee thanked staff for navigating state requirements and local bureaucracy to move the mural forward.
The board did not take formal action on the mural during the meeting; staff said they would continue to coordinate timing with the roofing and construction contractor.
