Cesar Lopez, associate engineer, presented a staff report and the City Council approved a resolution adopting final parcel map No. 38366 and related agreements for a two‑phase affordable housing development.
Lopez said the map divides the site into two city-owned parcels that will be used to construct 241 affordable housing units in two phases: Parcel 1 for phase 1 and Parcel 2 for phase 2. He told council that development bonds will be collected prior to grading. The final map implements a previously approved tentative map and finalizes the lot configuration and related agreements.
There were no public comments on the item. Councilmember (name not specified) moved to approve, the motion was seconded, and the council voted 5–0 to adopt the resolution.
The resolution authorizes the final map and the associated agreements that will govern bonds and subsequent grading and construction steps. Staff said the item completed a long planning process and that additional project-level approvals and construction permitting will follow the map approval.
