Morrow County commissioners unanimously approved routine finance items and a pay application tied to the county airport during their July 7 regular session.
The approvals included the minutes from the July 7 regular session, multiple payment confirmations and transfers, acceptance of the county's second-quarter 2025 investment report, and pay application No. 2 from CW McCann for the airport fuel‑farm project along with appropriation of certified airport-fund monies and authorization for the chairman to sign.
Commissioners took the votes by roll call; Commissioners Mason, Abraham and Siegfried voted yes on the recorded motions. Specific items recorded on the meeting transcript included payments for Chesterville, Jonesville and Ketermans; reimbursement and monitoring/security payments; a transfer for board-of-elections fees; transfers for the engineer's fund and general fund (jury); and approval of the second-quarter investment report. The board also approved pay application No. 2 from CW McCann for the fuel-farm project and moved to appropriate certified monies in the airport fund.
No objections or abstentions were recorded in the roll calls on those items. The board recessed and later returned to regular session before adjourning.
