Brownsburg Fire Chief: ladder truck rolled over; no injuries and reserve truck now in service

The chief said the damaged ladder truck sustained extensive damage and that officials will not know for several weeks whether it is repairable. He assured councilors and the public there would be no loss of ladder services to the community while the damaged vehicle’s status is determined.
Chief Alcorn thanked residents who reached out via social media to express concern for personnel safety and said the department appreciated the community support. Councilors expressed relief that no firefighters were hurt and thanked staff for the quick switchover to the reserve unit.
