TAMARAC, Fla. — The Tamarac City Commission on July 9 adopted the city’s five‑year consolidated plan for 2025–2030 and the program year 2025–26 annual action plan, directing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds to housing rehabilitation, public services and administrative support.
Deputy City Manager Maxine Calloway summarized the plan and the public participation process used to prepare it. Calloway said the city collected 83 resident survey responses during district meetings and public outreach and described priority needs identified by residents: affordable housing, public improvements, public services and economic development.
