The Kuna Planning and Zoning Commission approved design review case 25‑18‑DR for a 57‑unit townhome project within the previously approved Athleta subdivision at North 10 Mile and West Craigshaw Road. Marina Lundy, planner, presented the application and recommended conditions in the staff report.
The commission noted that site planning, open space and landscaping had been previously accepted as part of the preliminary plat. This hearing focused on building elevations, colors and materials. Commissioners described the elevations as varied with appropriate textures and materials and praised the proposed landscaping and open‑space balance. No public testimony was taken because design review items are not subject to public testimony under the agenda format.
A motion to approve the design review with the conditions recommended in the staff report passed unanimously.
