The Grove City Planning Commission voted to recommend approval to City Council of the final plat for Autumn Grove Section 6 Phase 2, a subdivision addition that includes 25 lots and right-of-way dedication for a new roadway named Logan Barry Loop.
John Bruno, representing the applicant, told commissioners the final development plan was previously approved in 2022 and that the final plat covers 9.079 acres. The development department report states that all proposed lots meet the lot-size requirements in the R‑1 Zoning District and recommends the planning commission forward a recommendation of approval to City Council.
No members of the public spoke on the item. The commission’s roll-call vote for the recommendation was unanimous: Chair Oster, Mr. Farnsworth, Mr. Titus and Ms. Wendlinger voted yes.
If City Council follows the planning commission’s recommendation, the plat will be recorded and the developer may proceed with subsequent steps in subdivision and infrastructure construction consistent with Grove City regulations.
