The board also authorized staff to negotiate purchase of 1238 Avenue D and continued the facade‑grant application for 722 Orange Avenue for staff‑applicant revisions (see separate articles).
Votes recorded on the public record matched the motions introduced at the meeting and were unanimous where noted; no ordinances or code changes were adopted during the session.
