The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency completed routine business with unanimous roll calls on meeting minutes, the agenda and several consent items.
Approved items (roll calls): - Approval of minutes for the FPRA meeting of May 13, 2025 (moved/seconded; roll call: all yes). - Approval of minutes for the FPRA meeting of June 10, 2025 (moved/seconded; roll call: all yes). - Approval of the meeting agenda (moved/seconded; roll call: all yes). - Consent agenda: items A, B, C and D were approved by roll call after items E, F, G and H were pulled for discussion. - Later in the meeting a separate motion approved consent agenda items E, F and H by roll call. - The previously pulled item G (interlocal agreement for the Lincoln Park master plan) was then presented and approved (see related article on the Lincoln Park master plan).
Items pulled for separate discussion: E, F, G and H (CRA/consent items); G was ultimately approved, while the facade‑grant item (handled separately) was continued to the next FPRA meeting. The board also authorized staff to negotiate purchase of 1238 Avenue D and continued the facade‑grant application for 722 Orange Avenue for staff‑applicant revisions (see separate articles).
Votes recorded on the public record matched the motions introduced at the meeting and were unanimous where noted; no ordinances or code changes were adopted during the session.
For records: clerk roll‑call confirmations for attendance were completed at the start of the session and all listed commissioners were present.
