Combined biosolids hauling and upgrade evaluation (Item 2G): County staff added item 2G directing the mayor to explore a memorandum of understanding between solid waste and water & sewer for combined biosolids and solid-waste hauling and to evaluate opportunities for upgrading Class B biosolids to Class A. Staff said the item was added to committee and opened public comment; commissioners asked for clarity on timing and potential regulatory constraints.
