At the July 7 Sellersburg Redevelopment Commission meeting the body approved several routine and substantive items by voice vote.
Minutes: The commission approved the June 2, 2025 meeting minutes as submitted. The motion to approve the minutes was moved by Doug Reiter and seconded by Michael Richardson; the motion passed by voice vote (4–0).
Claims register: The commission approved the Sellersburg Redevelopment Commission claims register for July 7, 2025, covering TIF, ceded and mowing expenditures. Michael Richardson moved the motion to approve the claims register and Todd Antz seconded; the motion passed by voice vote (4–0).
MOU with Hutton: The commission approved a memorandum of understanding with Hutton Sellersburg, Indiana SD LLC to prefund a $30,000 maintenance/utility account that supports the State Road 60 signal project and to authorize signature upon attorney approval. Motion moved by Doug Reiter, seconded by Michael Richardson; vote passed by voice (4–0).
Traffic-signal maintenance agreement: The commission approved a traffic-signal maintenance agreement among the redevelopment commission, Hutton Sellersburg and the Indiana Department of Transportation for the State Road 60 and Applegate Lane intersection. Motion moved by Todd Antz, seconded by Michael Richardson; vote passed by voice (4–0).
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned following a motion to adjourn moved by Michael Richardson and seconded by the chair; the motion carried by voice vote.
