Board members approved the final minutes from the April 7, 2025 meeting and the consent agenda (items 7–9) by single motions. No members of the public spoke during either public-comment period.
Kelly Swanson, administrative officer for EUD, told the board staff found no issues with the landscaping agreement and sought approval of the ratification of the assignment with Union Pacific Railroad…
