Staff listed the usual engineering, traffic engineering, landscape, urban forester, DEQ, bike/ped and postal sign-offs and asked the applicant to provide a lighting plan, update the site statistics box (height, use, lot coverage) and dimension buildings on outlots. John Hunt of MLA Civil, representing the applicant, said the applicant accepted the conditions and would incorporate a sidewalk as required.
The committee voted unanimously to recommend approval with the 14 revised conditions; staff will verify the required sign-offs before final certification.
