John Hunt of MLA Civil, representing the applicant, said he had no objections to the proposed conditions: "I have no no problem with any conditions now, and I'm happy to answer any other questions if you have any," he told the committee.
Staff confirmed fire had no objections to the proposed gate with conditions, and the committee voted unanimously to recommend approval with the 16 attached conditions.
