The court approved a one-year extension of an irrevocable standby letter of credit (FTFC24438) as surety for road and stormwater drainage improvements within Gatehouse Unit 2. County staff said construction is underway and the developer needs more time to finish; staff recommended approval and the court approved the extension following a motion by Commissioner Webb and a second by Commissioner Crownover.
The court also approved a governmental agency curation agreement to submit archeological specimens recovered during construction of the Alt Elk Lane roadway and bridge improvements to the Texas Archaeological Research Laboratory.
