Carbondale arts panel approves acceptance and planned installation of donated “Insane Cycle,” sets $10,000 budget and contingencies

The Carbondale Public Arts Commission voted to accept the donation of the sculpture titled Insane Cycle and to proceed with installation, contingent on attorney review of ownership and confirmation that the commission’s preferred site is town property.
