Auditor Carmen requested approval to process previously approved fund transfers tied to the 2025 budget (for example, landfill and special vehicle funds). Commissioners gave general direction that transfers approved as part of the budget should be journaled promptly; the auditor will post the necessary journal entries and return with any items needing formal amendment.
Ending: The commissioners approved the banking-signature change and accepted the sheriff’s revenue report; the auditor will execute budgeted transfers as approved in prior motions and bring any unresolved journal items back to the board.
