The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority took several routine administrative actions and recorded them on the public record, then recessed to allow technical review of bids for the county clinic project.
On motions recorded in the session the authority voted as follows: - Approved the MBA meeting minutes for the session held June 24, 2025. Motion and second were recorded on the transcript and the motion carried with an "Aye" vote. - Acknowledged receipt of the cash summary for the MBA as of June 26, 2025, together with accounts receivable. The motion to acknowledge receipt was moved and seconded and passed with an "Aye" vote. - Approved the open invoice register for the Daggett County Municipal Building Authority dated June 27, 2025, in the amount of $930. The motion was seconded and passed with an "Aye" vote; the transcript notes the invoice included a line for an engineering design class entry.
After routine financial approvals, the authority opened sealed bids for structural fill (see separate article). Because bidders’ materials varied on gradation and some submittals required additional handling steps, the authority recessed the MBA and returned to the regular county commission meeting to seek immediate project-engineer review; the authority did not approve a vendor before recessing.
Votes recorded in the meeting were procedural and administrative; no ordinances, resolutions or contracts were adopted or finalized during the MBA portion of the session.
