The motion approved the final release in the amount of $8,680.60 to John E. Neville Excavation Inc. There was no further discussion; the vote was recorded as 5 in favor, 0 opposed.
The payment completes the contractor’s final-phase obligations for the Riverwalk/River Walk Trail project in town records. The commission did not discuss additional follow-up or warranty items during the motion.
The commission moved on to other agenda items after the vote.
