Committee staff and the chair recorded no objections and no committee questions for those items; several witnesses briefly noted support or opposition where present.
Testimony on specific suspense items: Roxy Ortiz (Association of Regional Center Agencies) testified in support of AB 251 (as noted in the record). Danielle Persons (California Assisted Living Association) registered opposition to AB 251. For other suspense items, witness presence was sparse and no committee questions were recorded.
