Public Works staff also listed several items tied to the Arts Center project, including change orders (AOW change order No. 1 and others) and related invoice approvals. Those capital-related items will be considered alongside the budget amendment and bond-resolution steps.
No final votes on the Art Center items were taken at the current meeting; the public hearing and votes are scheduled for the council’s next meeting.
