On the consent agenda the commission approved minutes for its May 15, 2025 meeting and approved two Montgomery County historic preservation tax-credit applications listed on the consent agenda. The commission voted to approve the minutes unanimously, and the consent motions passed 5-0.
The tax-credit applications were identified in the meeting as "HDC 2025-51185" and "HDC 2025-587" when read into the record; the commission approved the two applications as a block. The transcript records the motion to approve the consent agenda and shows the vote as recorded "Aye" with no public roll-call names recorded for each line item in the consent portion.
Separately, the commission later approved a certificate of approval for a property at 310 West Montgomery Avenue (see separate article). The certificate vote passed 4-0 with one commissioner recused.
