Staff recommended approval after reviewing the applicant’s materials and applicable development standards and reported no public comments on the item.
During deliberations board members agreed the project met design-review criteria, including compatibility with the site and neighborhood, and voiced a request that standard conditions for pool equipment hours remain in the permit package. A motion to approve the staff-recommended resolution passed by a unanimous roll-call vote.
The board adopted the resolution approving Design Review 25-1080 for 475 Legion Street. The project will proceed to building plan check for final equipment and noise compliance.
