Residents living near Bradford (the district’s courts area) told the Ken-Caryl Ranch Metropolitan District board on June 24 they are experiencing overcrowded parking, blocked fire hydrants and unsafe conditions on weekends since the addition of multiple pickleball courts.
“I live on North French Road,” said Kevin Fitzgerald. “With the addition of four pickleball courts … the parking lot is always full. Parking’s never bothered us before, but now this is creating a parking problem and I think we need to see something done.”
