Contra Costa supervisors approve environmental health fee changes after months of outreach, pause small-water increases

The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors on June 24 approved revisions to permit fees charged by the county's Environmental Health Division after a public hearing that drew dozens of comments and months of stakeholder outreach.
