The report, as summarized by staff, found that 5 of approximately 150 vehicles exceeded 25 mph and that eight of approximately 150 vehicles used Aspen Creek’s rear entrance. Based on those limited samples, staff recommended the commission decide whether to take further action; the director said he believes the development is meeting the CUP intent.
