The Missoula County Public Schools Board of Trustees took a series of routine actions at the meeting:
- Approve meeting agenda: Motion made and seconded; approved by all trustees present. (Agenda approval recorded at meeting opening.)
- Approve minutes (June 11 regular board meeting): Motion made and seconded; approved by all trustees present.
- Consent agenda: Elementary and secondary consent items approved in separate votes; both sets approved by the trustees present.
- Montana School Boards Association membership renewal: Approved by all trustees present. (See separate article for discussion of MQEC.)
- Multi-district year-end funding preservation (general fund): Trustees authorized the district to preserve year-end funds under recent statutory authorization for interlocal/multi-district arrangements; approvals recorded for elementary and secondary sections.
- School bus stop locations (pages 24–89 in packet): Trustees approved annual bus-stop locations as required by state law; administration noted highlighted stops reflect crossings where students must cross a roadway and contractor/safety approaches were used.
- Other routine approvals: Minutes validation, consent agenda motions, and various administrative items were approved by the trustees present.
Several items recorded unanimous approval by trustees present; the Missoula Education Foundation lease renewal recorded one abstention (covered in a separate article). The meeting packet contains supporting documents for each item (page numbers cited during discussion).
