Several community members used the public comment period to thank district staff and leadership for neighborhood projects such as the Lincoln Commons green space; speakers described the district’s partnership with the neighborhood and praised the outgoing leadership. The board also presented a second token of appreciation earlier in the meeting to the superintendent for his service and leadership.
The resolution will be placed in the minutes and a copy given to Reiter, the board said.
