DeKalb committee advances ad valorem millage rate to full board, excluding midyear budget amendments

During the Finance, Audit and Budget Committee meeting, committee chair Commissioner Ted Terry and staff discussed agenda item 8‑83, which combined the ad valorem tax millage rate and several midyear budget amendments proposed by the chief executive officer.
