Edmond staff to recommend process for city-owned downtown properties after City Center consolidation

He said staff may recommend packaging properties together or marketing them individually depending on market conditions and legal constraints.
Councilmembers asked how the city will determine sequencing and whether the process will involve a workshop. Moore said staff will make recommendations but emphasized the ultimate disposition decisions rest with council. No formal action or timeline for an RFP was adopted during the workshop.
