Kaufman County approves replat splitting 10-acre Lot 2-R of Hillborn addition in Precinct 3

Shannon, a county staff member presenting the item, told the court the replat “went through the approval process, it met all the county requirements, the replat notices were posted, published, and mailed as required by Texas Local Government Code.”
Commissioner Lane moved to approve the replat; Commissioner Crowe seconded. The motion carried by voice vote.
No conditions, variances or amendments to the replat were reported at the meeting.
