Kenmore Ave; and adoption of recommendations described in the Planning Department communications dated June 12, 2025 and June 5, 2025 as attached to the council file.
Planning staff noted that the Commission had previously adopted environmental findings and recommended no further environmental review was required for the listed projects under CEQA guidelines, and the committee proceeded without public comment after no speakers came forward on the consent items. The roll call recorded Councilmember Blumenfield, Councilmember Hutt, Councilmember Lee and Councilmember Raman voting aye; Councilmember Nasserian was absent.
