A motion to grant the waivers was seconded and approved; a subsequent motion to approve the plan was carried by voice vote. Staff indicated no revisions or outstanding items remained for this plan and that one copy will be retained in the county file and others stamped as necessary for recordation.
No further conditions were recorded in the minutes for the Zook plan.
