Commission grants 90‑day extension and tables King subdivision plan

At its June 18 meeting the Perry County Planning Commission granted a requested 90‑day extension for the King subdivision plan and tabled final action to allow a sewage module response from the county sanitary official to be submitted.
Commissioner Dave Rice moved to accept the 90‑day extension and tabled the plan; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
Staff noted that the plan would expire before the next monthly meeting without an extension and that a sewage module (Form B) was expected from the sewage enforcement officer. Tom (applicant/agent) said he would bring the sewage paperwork into the office, and staff made receipt of that form a condition of moving the plan forward.
The extension is the second 90‑day extension granted on the King plan, according to staff notes presented at the meeting. No other conditions were recorded beyond the requirement that the township paperwork be submitted.
