"When you file, the first thing you do is go to the community board and see if they have any comments or concerns and ask for their support," Elise said.
The representative said the project would create two buildings on the site, and that the drive‑through configuration is the element requiring a BSA special permit. Elise said she would present at the full board meeting on June 30 and invited board members to provide written comments or recommended conditions ahead of that meeting.
Committee members agreed to include the item on the full board agenda. No formal committee vote was recorded at the June 17 meeting because the committee did not have a quorum.
