County staff said the parcel is adjacent to the Bonanza post office and that the town requested the transfer to access or use the land for city utilities. Staff said the property had previously been maintained only intermittently and that the county supported the transfer as the parcel would serve municipal purposes.
A motion to approve the order and authorize the property manager passed unanimously. The fiscal impact cited on the record was $204.64, covering publication and recording costs, to be recorded to the Property Trust and Agency Fund as revenue.
