County clerk to implement free Property Record Alert service for residents; initial year cost $2,500

Commissioners asked whether there would be a sign-up link on the county website; clerk staff said they will issue a press release and post a sign-up link and will publicize the service to residents. The motion to approve the Helion Software agreement passed.
