Planning Director Jimmy McNamara and consultant leads briefed Chesapeake City Council on June 17 on the draft Greenbrier Area Plan and associated design guidelines, a plan staff described as focused on directing anticipated growth into walkable, mixed-use districts and preserving other parts of the city.
