HARB continues 93 Kings Ferry Way application for windows, siding and porch reconstruction to allow applicant to supply details

Staff had noted that many existing windows are nonhistoric aluminum or vinyl and that some doors and trim already show unpermitted changes. The applicant presented a Renewal by Andersen window option during the meeting but acknowledged some product details were submitted late to staff.
HARB direction: The board asked the applicant to provide the following before the next meeting or for staff administrative review: - A full window schedule by elevation (photographs and dimensions) showing existing window types and the proposed windows, and the desired light patterns for each replacement unit. - Siding samples and evidence that the reveal and thickness match historic profile (or a proposal for an acceptable wood substitute). - Builder-level drawings of the porch reconstruction and stair/railing dimensions; where code requires a change in railing height, the applicant must show how the detail will be designed to remain compatible.
Next steps: The applicant may work with staff to pursue administrative approvals for items that meet HARB guidance; otherwise the item will return to HARB when the required documentation is submitted. The board continued the item to the July 15 HARB meeting for follow-up.
