The motion to approve the carryover projects and the related budget adjustment was moved by Commissioner Anderson and supported by Commissioner Beydoun. The committee conducted a roll‑call vote and the chair announced the motion carried.
County staff described the carryovers as a mix of community intergovernmental agreements (IGAs), commission allocations and grant funds; the committee approved moving the remaining balances into the current fiscal year to allow project completion.
