The Cedar Falls City Council took a series of legislative and administrative actions on June 16, 2025. Key outcomes are listed below with the recorded vote where available.

• Item 2 — Rezoning (20 First & College): Ordinance (first consideration) to rezone ~0.58 acres from split C3/R4 to C3 Commercial District. Vote: all members voting aye (7–0). See related article.
