- Ad hoc committee for Little Saigon archway: Appointed Mayor Wynne and Vice Mayor Monzo to an ad hoc committee to review and select a consultant for design and development of the Little Saigon archway. Motion carried 5-0.
- Cherry Street parking restriction for Cherry Street Community Garden (Traffic Commission item TC 25-101): Adopted a resolution to provide for no parking or stopping at a location on the east side of Cherry Street north of Westminster Boulevard (10 feet red curb) and to monitor conditions for any timed parking later as needed. Motion carried 5-0.
- Waive facility fees / Westminster Tate Parade Foundation board meetings: Authorized the Parade Foundation to use city space for up to 40 board meetings through 06/30/2027, up to 4 hours each, provided the space does not conflict with city needs. Motion carried 5-0.
