Superintendent Dr. Anstead and district assessment staff said the district was one of 47 of Ohio’s more than 600 districts to earn the top overall rating this year and that Perrysburg ranked 25th statewide on total points.
District officials ran through component scores and noted two changes in the state calculation this year that affected some component ratings. Curriculum and assessment leaders said Perrysburg’s overall performance index rose to 103.5 — the district’s highest this decade — and that district progress and growth measures placed Perrysburg among the top districts statewide for student growth.
